My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and rooted in the understanding that our bodies often speak the stories our words cannot.
I hold a Master's in Psychology (Clinical) from Leiden University in The Netherlands. Having been in the therapy space for over 5 years, I have had the privilege of supporting people as they navigate some of life's toughest moments. Every journey is a reminder of the strength that unfolds when we walk it together.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and rooted in the understanding that our bodies often speak the stories our words cannot. I integrate well-grounded therapeutic frameworks with relational depth, so therapy is something we weave together.
Alongside my clinical training and professional supervision, I bring a deep understanding of somatic and mindfulness-based practices from my experience with yoga. To me, therapy is about understanding your inner world and building the capacity to navigate it.

One-on-one sessions are held online through Zoom or Google Meet, usually on a weekly basis.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and provides space for exploration, reflection, and emotional integration. Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning to it, we'll create a rhythm that supports your needs and comfort.
We explore the patterns that emerge in our conversations, using the therapeutic relationship itself as a mirror for deeper awareness and healing.
Your comfort and safety come first. We move gently, with pacing and consent that feel right for you.
